Beginners Class

The Best way to get started in nutrition and fitness for the rest of your life.

Goal of the class: To get you started on your lifelong fitness journey. This is not a quick fix but the first step on a long path to a fitter and healthier you.
Who is it for?: If you're tired of the up and down, hot and cold, loose weight and gain it back cycle and your ready to start living a fitness lifestyle then this is the class for you. No experienced required. All you need to be able to do is show up.
 
Class Schedule:
Mount Dora- Tuesday and Thursday 7:00pm
And every other Saturday (1/9,1/23,2/6) at 7:30am
(Only Accepting 15)
 
Groveland- Monday and Wednesday 6:00am and every other Saturday (1/16,1/30,2/13) at 8am
(Only Accepting 12)

What is included:
-6 weeks of training
-6 weeks of nutrition coaching 
-Daily nutrition email
-15 in person workouts
-Recommended at home workouts
-3 live zoom calls about nutrition
-2 InBody scans (beginning and end)
-Example meal plans
-Access to me for support and questions

This is not a quick fix or a magic pill. We still need you to put in the work and understand this is a lifestyle change and a mindset change. You will have to become more discipline and make sacrifices. If this isn't you then this may not be the best fit.
